Inspiration for SUSHISAMBA
Only at SUSHISAMBA will you find the unique blend of Japanese, Brazilian and Peruvian culture and cuisine. This three-dimensional cultural coalition emerged at the beginning of the 20th century when thousands of Japanese emigrants traveled to the fertile soil of South America. Here they tried their luck by cultivating coffee plantations. Then the integration of Japanese, Brazilian and Peruvian cultures flourished in vibrant cities such as Lima in Peru and São Paulo in Brazil.
